Good Morning Gentlemen, I have spent the past few hours going through a number of old posts, that have been dredged up by new members. At first , I was a trifle irritated, but this has given me some insight as to what has gone on at this site, and the common efforts by many. I have been able to stand back and view the dialog, hurt feelings and childish behavior of many. Out of all of this one thing strikes me as being somewhat familiar, and that is of being involved in a heated ,passionate, family turmoil. Where the family members fight among themselves, but God help the outsider, who tries to intervene. I guess we tend to take for granted the hard work and difficulties of dealing with the rich mix of personalities that are here. It is easy to get caught up in your own life, and we all do, but a small core of individuals have made a tremendous contribution to this varied fabric we call Oddassy. I am humbled by the devotion of Admin and Mentors to helping each of us obtain our goals, no matter what they may be ,and individual members who express care, concern, advice or just a kind word when we need it. This type of camaraderie I enjoyed in the military and never thought I would find it in the civilian world, I am so glad I was wrong. Oddassy is so much more that just a place to view lovely ladies, we are a community, a very large extended family, and I for one, am proud to be here. ..............Thanks Guys and Gals...............jim
