Have you ever wondered, just who goes to porn sites besides yourself?  Are you the only deviant pervert in your family?  Is their some flaw in your character that drives you here?

Did you know that every second, 28,258 internet viewers are looking at porn.  In a site as large as Oddassy's, and we have rather large numbers,  one can obtain a reasonable sample of the general population who visit porn sites.  Now please understand this was not a double- blind, longitudinal study, funded by any government resource, but simply an studied observation by a curious mind, and supported by facts that are available to everyone on the inter net via Google. 

 It has been estimated that about 97 billion  dollars are spent per year in the adult entertainment industry world wide.  And who is spending all of this money?  About 76% of revenues from adult inter net porn come from China, South Korea and Japan.  Only 14% of worldwide total revenues come from the US.  However, 89% of pornographic web pages are produced in the US, with Germany, UK, and Australia making up the majority of the rest.  

 For the purposes of this article, I have limited my search to the US, as far as demographics are concerned.  Statistics indicate 46% of all viewers are 25-44 yrs old, and 41% are 45-very old. I saw a note referring to new studies in men that may change these numbers substantially .  It seems that with the wide spread use of medication for erectile dysfunction, men are able to have satisfactory sexual activity until virtually death.  The distribution between men vs women is about 2-1.  This is thought to be skewed by the fact that men more often will admit to viewing pornography while women will not. However, visits to adult web sites that specialize in "adult toys", in predominately women.  Their is an interesting correlation between income and porn use.  It appears that 61% of the viewers have a annual income of $50,000 or better, and on average, are better educated that the normal population . 

So where does that leave us.....well, if you look at the numbers, on any given day the the probability of our average viewer being a middle age male, married (usually with children) possessing a decent education and  solid employment is quite high. (A marketers dream)

Many folks enjoy photos , stories and humor about women.  The adult industry is much more main stream than many men and women think.  So don't think you are alone with your desire to view this type of material.  Millions and Millions of people around the world do the same thing, every second of every day.
